Store Credit Customer History Report
The Store Credit Customer Balance History Report is an Excel file that breaks down any changes to store credit on the customer level. This shows the customers identifying information (name, email address, customer #), the date and time of the change, the customer's prior store credit balance, their new balance, and the adjustment reason (be that a ticket number or a manual update). When generating this report, you will select a date that you would like the report to look back to, and then it will report on all store credit changes from that date until the current date, with all the information mentioned above, but organized by customer and not by date.
To run this report, go to app.readysetretail.com and sign in with your username and password.
On the top bar, click into the Store Credit drop down menu and select Customer History Report.
Enter the email addresses that should receive the report.
Select the date you would like the report to look back to. The report will run from the date you selected, all the way to the current date.
βNOTE: There is no historical data from before May 2024, so nothing will show in the report from before then.Select your Store Credit program from the drop down menu.
Click "Submit".
