Store Credit Daily Summary Report
The Store Credit Daily Summary Report is an Excel file that shows the sum of all outstanding store credit for a selected time frame. The report is broken down by date, and it shows what the balance was at the start of a day, the total amount issued on that day, the total amount redeemed on that day, and then what the balance was at the end of the day.
To run this report, go to app.readysetretail.com and sign in with your username and password.
On the top bar, click into the Store Credit drop down menu and select Daily Summary Report.
Enter the email addresses that should receive the report.
Select the date you would like the report to look back to. The report will run from the date you selected, all the way to the current date.
NOTE: There is no historical data from before May 2024, so nothing will show in the report from before then.Select your Store Credit program from the drop down menu.
Click "Submit".
