Manually Adjust Rewards from POS

  1. Add a customer to a ticket. Here is a link if you need help with that. 

  2. Click the bar graph button next to the customer's name

  3. Click "Info"

  4. Adjust the "Number of Rewards" field to whatever you need. 

  5. Click "Save"

  6. You can now refresh Heartland and it will show the reward count at the bottom of the screen. Also, you can go into the customer info and see that a reward was manually issued. Here is a link on how to check customer information. 

Manually Adjust Rewards from Customer View

  1. In the Heartland dashboard, navigate to "Sales" and then in the drop-down click "Customers"

  2. Search for the customer you would like to edit.

  3. Select the customer and click the "Info" tab

  4. Adjust the "Number of Rewards" field to whatever you need. 

  5. Click "Save"

  6. You can now refresh Heartland and it will show the updated reward count at the bottom of the POS screen.
