When a customer wants to return something, instead of using gift cards other payment methods to refund them, our store credit program allows you to refund them store credit instead.
Refunding to Store Credit
Add a customer. Here is a link if you need more help.
Add refund Items to the transaction.
Click "Tender" at the bottom of the screen.
Click the "Store Credit" Payment option.
Click "Add Refund".
Click "Complete".
