Checking Store Credit Balances

There are three ways to check a customer's Store Credit balance. 

  1. Add a customer to a ticket

  2. Run a customer balance report on the Ready Set Retail site

  3. Search for a customer's balance on the Ready Set Retail site. 

1) Adding a Customer to a Ticket


2) Check Store Credit at app.readysetretail.com (or from your organization's private Ready Set Retail address)

  1. Navigate to app.readysetretail.com (or your organization's private Ready Set Retail address) in your browser.

  2. Login using your username and password.

  3. Click "Customer Balance Reports" under the Store Credits section.

  4. Fill out the emails section with the emails you want the report to be sent to. i.e Managers, accountants, owners, etc.

  5. Select your store credit program. If you only have one location, only one option will be available. 

  6. Click "Submit" and the system will send an Excel file to the emails you specified.

3) Check Store Credit using Manage Balances

  1. Navigate to app.readysetretail.com (or your organization's private Ready Set Retail address) in your browser

  2. Login using your username and password.

  3. Click "Manage Balances" under the Store Credits section.

  4. Fill out the "Customer #" field with the customer number from Heartland. 

  5. Select your store credit program. If you only have one location, only one option will be available. 

  6. Click "Search" and the system will pull up the customer's record where you can see and edit the balance.
