Checking Store Credit Balances

There are three ways to check a customer's Store Credit balance.

  1. Add a customer to a ticket.

  2. Run a customer balance report on the Ready Set Retail site.

  3. Search for a customer's balance on the Ready Set Retail site.ย 

Methods 1 and 3 can be used to check specific customers balances, and method 2 can be used to get a report of all customers with store credit and their balances.

Method 1: Adding a customer to a ticket.

From your POS screen simply add a customer to a ticket. The bottom of the screen will have a banner that displays how much store credit the customer has.

Method 2: Check store credit at app.readysetretail.com.

  1. Navigate to app.readysetretail.com in your browser.

  2. Login using your username and password.

  3. Click "Customer Balance Reports" under the Store Credits section.

  4. Fill out the emails section with the emails you want the report to be sent to. (i.e. Managers, accountants, owners, etc.)

  5. Select your store credit program. If you only have one location, only one option will be available.

  6. Click "Submit" and the system will send an Excel file to the emails you specified.

Method 3: Check store credit using "Manage Balances" feature on app.readysetretail.com

  1. Navigate to app.readysetretail.com in your browser

  2. Login using your username and password.

  3. Click "Manage Balances" under the Store Credits section.

  4. Fill out the "Customer #" field with the customers number from Heartland.

  5. Select your store credit program. If you only have one location, only one option will be available.

  6. Click "Search" and the system will pull up the customer's record where you can see and edit the balance.
