How to generate and email a Customer Balance Report
Go to app.readysetretail.com (or your organization's private Ready Set Retail site) and sign in with your username and password.
Click "Customer Balance Report"
Enter the email(s) you want to receive the report.
Select your Store Credit Program
Click "Submit"
This Generates an excel report that includes all customers with a store credit balance and sends it to the emails you entered.
