Go to app.readysetretail.com (or your organization's private Ready Set Retail site) and sign in with your username and password.

Click "Manage Balances" 

Enter the Customer # from Heartland

Select your Store Credit Program

Click "Search"

You can Now edit the balance for the customer

If you do edit the Balance click "Update"
