Instructions on how to set up the RSR Grid Import Utility

  1. Go to app.readysetretail.com and sign in with your username and password.

  2. Click “Uploads” from the navigation menu and select “Grids.”

  3. Provide at least one email address. This address will receive an email with a confirmation when the uploaded file has been processed, or with possible errors.

  4. Click the “Browse” button to upload your Excel file. We will go over what can be in the file in “Setting Up the Excel File for the RSR Grid Import Utility.”

  5. Check any of the options with the checkboxes. We will go over each of these in “Additional Grid Import Utility Options.”

  6. Click Submit.

When the file has been processed, the provided email addresses will receive an email confirming any changes made, or provide an error message if something went wrong.
