Occasionally a customers store credit amount needs to be adjusted manually. This is something that can easily be done through https://app.readysetretail.com/.
Log into your account. Underneath Store Credit, click Manage Balances.

In the next window enter the customers ID# (found in Heartland), select your store credit program and click search.
This will pull up the customers name and their current store credit balance.
In the balance field, enter the correct amount of store credit that the customer should have and click update. Their store credit amount will now reflect this new number.
