  1. Go to app.readysetretail.com and sign in with your username and password.

  2. At the Navigation menu on the top of the page, click on “Upload” and select “Transfer Requests.”

  3. Provide at least one email address, these addresses will receive a confirmation email when the Excel file is successfully processed.

  4. Select an Excel file to upload. The file needs to have the following fields: Ship From, Ship to, Due Date, Item #, Qty. We give a more detailed description on how to make this Excel file in "Setting up the Excel file for the RSR Grid Import Utility."

  5. If you would like the Transfer Request to be posted automatically, select the “Automatically post Transfer Request after processing” option. This will prevent any editing in Heartland Retail after the utility has processed the Excel File.

  6. If you would like to prevent item quantity from the Ship From Location from dropping below zero, select the “Prevent Over Allocation?” setting.

  7. If you have Transfer Custom fields and would like to use those, select the “Use Custom Fields for Transfer Request?” setting.

  8. Once you have set up those options, click “Submit” at the bottom of the page. Once the Excel file has been processed, an email will be sent to the provided email addresses confirming the creation of the Transfer Requests.
